Philanthropist of the Year

The Community Foundation of Brazoria County is committed to recognizing and fostering philanthropy in Brazoria County. The Community Foundation Board has always believed that philanthropy is not just the giving of money – it is the gift of “time, talent and treasure” and a commitment to the well-being of our fellow citizens.

Each year the Community Foundation honors outstanding area citizens who embody this idea of philanthropy with “The Philanthropist of the Year” Award. Recipients of the Award are chosen by the Board of Directors for demonstrating a lifetime commitment to Brazoria County and its citizens.
